• The Bear's Den is available for a minimum of 2 nights.

• Rates are: $480/ 2 nights, $610/ 3 nights, $740/ 4 nights,

• $870/ 5 nights, $1000/ 6 nights, $1130/ 7 nights.

• A deposit for half the amount is due at the time of booking with the full balance due within 30 days of arrival.

• 100% is due at the time of booking if it is less than 30 days until arrival.

• $75 professional cleaning fee not included in rental rate.

• Daily maid/ cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

• Holiday rates are slightly higher (please us contact for rates).
